Give back at the annual DVLF TOY event

Give back this holiday season during the Delaware Valley Legacy Fund’s annual TOY event. One of the best LGBT holiday parties in Philadelphia, this year, the celebration heads to the Top of the Tower, the perfect place to celebrate the 10th anniversary of helping the community.

The event features a lounge area to mingle and socialize and a dance area to work up a sweat. Delicious hors d’oeuvres will be served, and there will be an open bar. The new venue for the event offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Philadelphia from the 51st floor. So start this holiday season the right way: by giving back and having a good time.

Attendees are asked to bring one unwrapped toy that will be donated to children at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Proceeds support the needs of the LGBT community and additional grants are also being given out to local nonprofits that are meeting the needs of the LGBTQ community, including Therapy Center of Philadelphia, Valley House Youth, and the Attic Youth Center. TOY and the DVLF hope to make this holiday season brighter for children at CHOP and those treated by Action Wellness. Head to Boxers Philadelphia (1330 Walnut St.) at 10pm for the official after party.
