NEW MEMBERS - AMY F. STEERMAN, ESQ. & THOMAS J. MOORE, CAP
AMY F. STEERMAN, ESQ.
It is with great honor and pride that the DVLF Board of Directors inducts Amy F. Steerman, leader of her firm Amy F. Steerman, LLC, into their ranks on January 11, 2023. Amy's expertise is vast and her Philadelphia-based firm has been in operation for 28 years. An alumnus of Temple Law School, Amy is a renowned specialist in estate administration, estate planning, guardianships, powers of attorney and advance directives, estate tax and state inheritance tax. She is particularly celebrated for her expertise in planning for blended families and the LGBTQ+ community.
A former law school friend of Amy's described her as “a thinking person’s lawyer”, and it is clear to see why. Amy is known for her quiet and wry sensibility, but beneath the surface lies a sharp mind for detail, a passion for analysis, and a deep understanding of common sense.
The DVLF Board of Directors would like to thank Amy for her tireless work in supporting the LGBTQ+ community, for her wisdom in estate planning, and for her dedication to educating people about DVLF.
THOMAS J. MOORE, CAP
The Delaware Valley Legacy Fund (DVLF) is proud to recognize Thomas Tom J. Moore, CAP from the Glenmede Trust Company. Tom is an exemplary lawyer, philanthropic advisor, and endowment supervisor who has recently been appointed Vice President & Relationship Manager, working with a number of endowments and foundations. As a former DVLF Board Member and co-founder of an LGBTQ+ fund in Berks County in 2003, Tom has dedicated his life to education, planning, and the advancement of philanthropy to create a better world for LGBTQ+ people in the future. The DVLF Board of Directors is delighted to congratulate Tom on his induction into the Platinum Club Class of 2023.
