Annual TOY fundraiser returns for 10th year, at new location

Event benefits children at CHOP and Action Wellness The annual holiday party, TOY, is back for its 10th year on Dec. 10. The event is run by Delaware Valley Legacy Fund, which serves the Greater Philadelphia LGBTQ community through philanthropy.

Tickets for the event, as well as a recommended toy donation at the party, help change the lives of children at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and those served by Action Wellness (formerly ActionAIDS).

DVLF "elves" will greet guests to collect the unwrapped gifts for the children.

This year the party will be at Top of the Tower, on the 51st floor of Three Logan Square. Attendees can expect a lounge to socialize, a space to dance, hot hors d'oeuvres and a full open bar.

There will also be a short, musical performance to accompany a new feature of the night. DVLF will be giving out grants to local nonprofits aiding the LGBTQ community.

Tickets for TOY 2016 are $78 per person. The event begins at 7 p.m.TOY
