Deborah Willig has been engaged in the practice of labor relations and employment law since 1976. Known as a determined advocate for working people, she has served as legal counsel and, in some instances, chief negotiator for many diverse labor organizations. Deborah also has an active practice in the representation of employee benefit funds, which includes jointly administered employee benefit fund clients in both the public and private sectors.
An active member of the community -- legal, academic and charitable -- Deborah has lectured, taught and written extensively on a wide range of topics including negotiating labor contracts, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, family and medical leave and other employment and benefits related topics. She was recently honored, with her law partner, Stuart W. Davidson, as one of the best union side labor attorneys in Philadelphia in a survey of over 4500 attorneys in the City of Philadelphia conducted by the Philadelphia Magazine.
Deborah became the first woman in the history of the Philadelphia Bar Association to serve as its Chancellor. She is the recipient of numerous awards and honors from academic, civic, and charitable organizations, and she continues to be listed as one of the best lawyers in the field of labor relations in Best Lawyers in America.

Kevin P. Paul is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law, where he earned a J.D. in 1996, magna cum laude. In Law School, Paul served as articles editor of the Probate Law Journal and was a Tauro, Hennessy and Liacos Distinguished Scholar. Paul graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a B.A. in Social Sciences in 1993, cum laude and received an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University Beasley School of Law graduate tax program in 2005. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
Prior to joining Baldi, Cepparulo & Williams in 2002, Paul was an associate in an international law firm in New York City and a regional Philadelphia law firm. Paul’s practice includes estate planning, real estate, land use, business law and commercial litigation. He represents clients before courts and municipal boards throughout Bucks County. Paul represents both buyers and sellers of businesses and residential and commercial real estate in Bucks County and New Jersey.
In 2005 and 2006, Paul was named a Rising Star by the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, as published in Philadelphia Magazine.
Paul is originally from New York City. He moved to Bucks County in 1998 and currently lives in Newtown with his wife Chari and his daughter Marissa. Paul’s interests include jazz and woodworking.

Lorie Dakessian represents businesses and professionals in internal investigations and in a broad range of complex commercial litigation, focusing in the areas of civil RICO, director and officer liability, fiduciary litigation, and contract disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Lorie served for six years in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor in the Appeals Unit, Lorie was responsible for managing all aspects of large and complex appellate cases. She routinely appeared before state appellate and trial courts, including several oral arguments before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. In addition, Lorie handled the District Attorney’s Office’s response to two petitions for writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.
